Lahnstein (Germany), Milledgeville (GA), January 2017 – In line with a clearly defined growth strategy, Zschimmer & Schwarz, Inc., has acquired the LEXOLUBE Division from INOLEX, Inc. The acquisition expands the existing business portfolio of the specialty chemicals manufacturer with additional specialty lubricants and lubricant components. The transaction took place on January 3rd, 2017.
