December 2025 Technical Meeting & Networking Event
The STLE Philadelphia Section is pleased to continue our education programming for the 2025 – 2026 year with a program combining a discussion on Extended Producer Responsibility and Synthetic Lubricants. Our program will be held on Thursday, December 4th starting with registration and networking at 11:30 AM and lunch at 12 PM. The meeting will start with announcements at 1:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Sandy Run Country Club in Oreland PA.
Following the meeting we will hold a Social in the Sandy Run Bar area from 3 PM – 6 PM EST. There will be a cash bar with no additional fee. Even if you cannot attend the meeting, please consider joining us for a “beverage of your choice” afterwards.

- Lecture and buffet style lunch: $40 ($20 retirees and unemployed colleagues) if registration received by the end of the day on Monday, December 1st
- Lecture and buffet style lunch: $45 ($20 retirees and unemployed colleagues) for registrations between Tuesday, December 2nd and the meeting on Thursday, December 4th. This includes walk-ins.
- Lecture only: $20 (includes those attending virtually)
- We request contributions be made to the STLE Philadelphia Section Student Scholarship Fund Philadelphia Section members are asked to list Philadelphia as their section when they renew their STLE Memberships.
- Social Outing also at Sandy Run Country Club starting at 3 PM – no need to register and no additional registration fee
