  • Lead strategy and implementation of Value-Added Services offerings to provide service to customers
  • Conduct market analysis to determine market / customer needs and competitive strategies
  • Through understanding customer needs, design offerings and develop process & tools to support these service offerings
  • Manage the full-cycle service offerings process from idea conceptualization through to final execution
  • Analyze results of product offerings to review & improve as needed to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing required; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Engineering required
  • Ability to conceptualize ideas from scratch
  • Coatings industry experience preferred
  • Process-oriented; strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated skill in development of sales / marketing tools, strategies and tactics
  • High energy; creative mind to aid in development of strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated success working in a team based collaborative environment
  • Strong business acumen; Ability to formulate business strategies and to translate strategy into actions, a basic understanding of business analysis and related financial measures
  • Ability to influence and lead people and various project teams without direct control
  • Drives for continuous improvement
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels from senior management to front-line employees
